I had a popping sound coming from the front end of my wife's Sorento when pulling into the driveway or parking spot. Took it to Friendly Kia and they weren't sure what it was, so they had to send a message to the tech line. I left the vehicle at the dealer and they provided me with a loaner car(2019 Sorento) which was great. They were able to verify the problem and replace the steering rack. This wasn't any kind of major issue and the dealer was great as usual.
