The worst customer service experience I have ever had when faced with my first maintenance issue. None of the dealerships had loaner cars available. Finally found one dealership to take my car in for a fix. Waited weeks to get it back after dealer said the car had more problems but couldn’t help me until Maserati corporate approve the repair costs. Calling Maserati corporate is like speaking to incompetent dopes who don’t know what to do. Dealerships are crooks who create expensive problems and hope Maserati covers. If you have car issues, good luck getting your car back without incurring out of pocket costs.
