"takata recall" I have been waiting my local dealer of Mercedes Benz to replace the air bags with there excuse that they do not have the parts available. Its been over a year. I have called them today and they have the same excuse. Make me believe that they are waiting me to change or sale the car to then not have the responsibility to replace the equipment. I use the car on a daily basis.

Takata recall-I am driving with 4 children in my vehicle and I have an airbag malfunction and this is very concerning. I would like for this matter to be resolve asap. I've been driving my vehicle under these circumstances far too long and this is causing me a lot of anxiety because of the concerns I have regarding my safety including my family. I received a notice regarding a legal action but I have not received anything else and I have called the Mercedes dealerships and they can't do anything because it continues to show pending recall on their system and they pretty much can't do anything about it until they get a notice from whoever these people are suppose to be. I have an alert on my vehicle that states, malfunction airbag.
