Approaching a stop sign, I step on the brakes then vehicle went into a slow coast mode. ( a red sign turned on, indicating an "electrical brake" issue). Then indicates "switch gear to park", soon after proceeded as normal. The next day as I was stop on a drive thru, same indication occur, engine power went off then "electrical brake", next thing was "switch gear to park" resuming to normal operation. Very concern about this it is my only form of transportation to and from doctors visit, it has about 46,000 miles on it, very well taken care of. Would not want it to fail on me at a middle of an interception. In between these events, their is no light that appears. Is this a recall issue that can be address immediately please thank you.

The parking brake on my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 has failed. It decompresses all the way to the floor and the truck jolts forward as a result in order for it to stop fully and put the vehicle in park.

I've had the vehicle for two weeks parking it on a flat street. I pulled it in my driveway for the first time (which has a slight slope down toward the sidewalk/city street behind). Set the rotary dial to park and exited. I came back 8 hours later and the vehicle had rolled about 12 feet down across the sidewalk to the edge of the city street. I pulled the vehicle back up the driveway and this time set the parking brake before exiting. I stood for several minutes and observed a creaking sound as the vehicle continued to slowly roll again. After about an hour it had again rolled 1-2 feet down the driveway even with the parking break engaged. I put split firewood behind the back wheels to prevent it from rolling further.

I am filing a safety complaint for complete brake failure on a 2014 Ram 1500. This failure is a low brake pedal condition with total loss of brakes. This is an intermittent condition at 5-50 mph. The vehicle was purchased new in September 2014, the first failure was found in May 2017 at 56,000 miles, this is a one owner vehicle. The vehicle was repaired at the Ram dealer, henry brown automotive group, in casa grande Arizona. The Ram dealer determined the brake failure was caused by a faulty brake booster and master cylinder. The installation of a new brake booster and master cylinder resolved the problem. No safety recall has been issued through Ram.

Tipm (totally integrated power module) failure. Dealership fails to honor vehicle warranty and is not replacing the defective part under full bumper warranty. This 1 part causes many issues to the entire vehicle and major road safety issues. I have tried many attempts with dealer and manufacturer directly to have this warranty part repaired and they fail to honor such repairs. I see online that this exact part has many known issues and problems for many similar people. This 1 part affects all problems above because all these parts are electrically controlled.

Me and my family (my wife & 2 kids: My oldest is 7 & my youngest is 3) were on a fishing trip. When returning to the boat launch, I backed my boat trailer into the water with my truck. The back tires of my truck are about 2 feet away from the water. I put my truck in park and set my emergency brake. My wife and youngest son got into the truck and began to buckle their seat belts as I set my boat onto the trailer. My oldest stayed on the land. After about 5 minutes of my truck motor running, while still in park, and with the emergency brake on. My wife, who is sitting in the passenger seat, hears somewhat of a pop noise and my truck starts backing into the water. My wife and youngest son are now racing to get out of their seat belts as the truck is starting to slowly sink. Once my wife grabs our son and sits him by her, I am able to get to the door they are by and I am pulling on the door, in water that is up to my chin deep, as she is kicking the door and holding the handle of the door. The door opens and I grab my son and wife and we swam to the boat launch. It is unknown of where the pop noise came from. My wife said it sounded like the emergency brake was released. My tragedy is still under investigation. I have no records as of yet like my police report. It is still being handled with the police department. As of pictures, I have one that I am trying to get from the guy who came tow my truck. I will have all these documents within the next few days.

Left front brake worn pads / causing rotor damage at ~30,000 miles. Design issue that no warning system exist on pad worn out. On inspection right front also affected but not completely worn out. A method or system should exist to warn driver to replace pads. Dealer treats it as normal wear and tear - I believe it is part of NHTSA #16V168000 potentially using same parts from same supplier and should be a recall issue. Dealer is big O Dodge in greenville SC. This vehicle had a large number of recalls already and once for wrong differential installed was out of service for longer than 3 weeks. I believe this is a lemon vehicle and should be a buy back from the dealer.

Numerous electrical problems, blowing fuses, blowing light bulbs, and radio issues. I had to replace three fuses and have only had the brand new vehicle despite it was on the dealers lot with 5 miles on it when I test drove it. In a years time I have had to replace one head light build, one right brake tail light bulb. Had to replace the three brake light due to leaking. I am getting ready to have the third radio replaced by dealer. The dealer has had to also work on the rear window twice which was leaking severally, and the dealer has also replaced the shark fin satellite antenna once. I am also starting to see driver's side window moving roughly not smooth as others three windows still are smooth operation. I have also had five recalls serviced and assumed to have been fixed or maybe they are causing these or other issues!
