Loose rear suspension. Creates a wobble that increases with speed. Vehicle seems unstable. Been to multiple dealers and they say tires are out of line. I have paid for eight wheel alignments and the problem has been constant since I purchased the vehicle.

Mild to extreme vibration from rear of the vehicle but not limited to the steering wheel seats and gas pedal at any speed but worsens as speed increases. Was told after multiple visits to dealer that everything is within spec. And they will no longer pursue the issue further. Filed lemon law claim and was awarded compensation and was allowed to keep the vehicle. In my opinion the vehicle is progressively unsafe to drive and there are hundreds of complaints on the same subject throughout multiple forums (over 932 pages on the one I am a member of alone) and we are all being told the same line..flat spots on the tires..we don't warranty tires.

After remote starting the car for a few minutes, I got in the truck and hit the start/stop button and reversed out of my driveway. As I backed out on to the street, the engine shut off and the car shifted itself back to park. I started it again and after a couple of seconds, the car turned itself off again. This happened about 10 times. Finally it stayed on and I drove 6 miles to work. When I got to work, I hit the start/stop button to turn it off and it would not turn off. After a couple of minutes, the car turned off by itself. I started it again and it turned off after a couple seconds. After a couple more times it finally it stayed on for longer than a few seconds but would not turn off with the start stop button. I had it towed to the dealership.

First, while driving, the vehicle seemed to slip out of gear. The next day I drove approximately 15 miles to work and while trying to park the vehicle automatically shifts to park (P). Then while trying to engage the vehicle in drive (D) or reverse (R) the auto park system is activated and the car is unable to move. I suspect it is a faulty transmission problem. 2019 Ram 1500 was purchased new (with 28 miles) on 23 October 2019.

While stopped at a red light vehicle started accelerating while break peddle was engaged. Vehicle continue accelerating with heavy break paddle application. Acceleration continued to the point of tire screeching and smoking moving vehicle into intersection. Vehicle was stopped by shifting into neutral and shutting off vehicle. Vehicle would not restart till third attempt. Vehicle was then moved to safe location and towed to dealer. Vehicle has been in shop for 6 days with no resolution. Incident occurred in a downtown location with heavy vehicle, pedestrian, and bicycle traffic. Had it been as less experienced or less attentive drive this incident could have proved fatal. I will not be driving this vehicle until issue is identified and a solution provided. Vehicle is two months old with less than 5000 miles. Consumer stated dealership could not find any problems with the vehicle.

The gear shifting mechanism/transmission is faulty. I place my truck into park upon coming to a stop, and my truck rolls away with me in it. This happens intermittently, and could not be repeated at the dealer when I took it in for service. I was told to buy a wheel chock to use to keep it from rolling away.

I pulled into a car wash bay at a car wash in mercersburg pa I hand washed the exterior only. When finished I started my truck and the engine raced like full throttle. I turned it of immediately. I let it set a few minutes tried starting it again it did the same thing full throttle. I turned it off immediately. Called shively motors in chambersburg, pa for help and assistance. They gave me a number for a tow company they towed my 2019 Ram 1500 4WD truck to that dealership. It is January 28, 2020. The vehicle was stationary inside a car wash bay. I had not had any issues like this before, first time. It scared me.

I am able to adjust some of the heat and fan settings with the screen black. Any other controls of vehicle functions or selections are 'inop.' I bought a 2019 Dodge Ram laramie from city Dodge in NJ. Every time I put the truck in reverse, the truck grinds to a halt. In streets, driveway and parking lots. I returned it to dealer for inspection on 11.12.19. They had the vehicle for a few days. When it was returned to me. The service dept. Said they couldn't find anything wrong, diagnostics was good. Their service manager experienced the problem yet I was told its ok. Later that say after getting it back 11/18/19. My wife drove the vehicle and it repeated a different defect (the truck shut down) while backing up to driveway plus 2 times after that. I then returned it back to Dodge 11/21/19 and explained what happened. They then had the vehicle for a week. The service tech then couldn't explain what's wrong then asked me to "maybe turn off the safety sensors". I then got it back on 12/2/19. They said they replaced the park assist module. Not sure if they tested the vehicle after. Later that evening while backing up it happened again. The third time. I went back to tell them it happened again. The service manager told me he S not sure and "their chasing ghosts". I said then why did you replace a safety feature if you don't know what's wrong. The other service guy said a similar incident happened to another customer. At this point I don't want this vehicle. I feel unsafe driving this vehicle. I still haven't heard from the dealer in 6 days so I wanted to report this so it doesn't happen to someone else

I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 I have been looking at this vehicle for a very long time excited I finally made my purchase. This dealership I went to sales rep was amazing took care of me made sure I got everything I wanted. As soon as I went to sign paper work I noticed right away the paperwork did not have the correct name or address on it I pointed it out to the finance manager "[xxx]? told him this is not me and this is not my address and he said he would fix it if I gave him the correct name and address so I did signed my paperwork and took off. 3 weeks later I get a call from my father that my plates and reg came to his house and the truck is registered in his name and his address is on the paperwork. So go to the dealership and let them no what the issue is and no one has helped me I have been sent to sales reps I set with 4 different finance managers and also dealt with the dmv paperwork lady at the dealership and still no fix every person I talk to sends me to someone else and no one seems to be able to fix my issue that the dealership caused. Then I get a call from [xxx] the finance manager and tells me I have to call Chrysler capitol and I have to fix the problem that they have caused and I have to do what I have to do to fix it. I have not got a call from any GM or manager I have been leaving messages and nothing I don?T know how much more unprofessional this dealership can be it"S been 3 months and my own vehicle is not registered to me that I bought and paid money on this was a big purchase for me and I was so happy purchasing this vehicle now the last 20 years I have been driving nothing but Dodge has made me hate the buying experience from this Dodge dealership. This is the worst Dodge dealership and the worst and most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with in my life once issue is resolved I will never be stepping foot in dch temecula information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

I have made several attempts to get this vehicle repaired after receiving this recall notification. V61/NHTSA 19V-407at this incompetent dealership crowley Chrysler Jeep in bristol ct. I called the recall notification hotline on 26 September 2019 and made the appointment for 30 Oct 2019 only to have an incompetence and unprofessional person call me on 29 October 2029 at the end of the business day saying that they were canceling my appointment. I am so F'ing pissed about this crap and really at the point of contacting daimler Chrysler to file a lawsuit and have them take back the truck. My regrets are many at this point I just want answers and to be treated with some measurecof respect. This vehicle has been sitting in the drive way beacsue I dont know the level or how how unsafe it may be to drive. No one has told me anything about the [xxx] recall.. I have retained an attorney in the event this issue is not resoved before December 2019. Parts of this document have been redacted to protect personally identifiable information pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

Several times the vehicle brakes hard (as in locks up the brakes) when backing up and auto braking is enabled, but nothing is there. Same thing when driving forward, forward collision warning auto brakes when nothing at all is there, almost resulting in being rear ended at least twice before I turned it off.. at least I am able to turn it off. I kept the warning on, and it goes off all the time when I cross speed bumps or shadows from overpasses. This is extremely dangerous and continues after tsbs that are supposed to address. Another known issue that Ram isnt addressing publicly is brake squealing - there is an internal memo about it, but dealerships are not addressing it - it happens when you break lightly to slow down between 70-40 mph, but they can never seem to reproduce it at the dealer. I opened a case with Ram and they have done anything other than what the dealer did...I am most worried about the safety features causing an accident, please help! latest date the front collision warning activated when nothing was there was today. It happens all the time.

Cold air blowing from winsheild defrost vents and side window defrost vents when ac is set to face vents only. This defect is causing condensation to form on windows which reduce visibility and creates an added distraction. I have had open cases with the dealership and Fiat chrystelr but no resolution has been reached. The only advice offered was to turn up the temperatures on the ac settings and that is not an option in South Florida. Fca claims that the vehicle is "running as expected" simpoly beasiue all like models of the Ram 1500's all exhibit the same faulty design and all allow air to blow from the defrost vents when that mode is not selected. I don't think that comparing one defective vehicle to another defective vehicle is very good to measure of determining if something is running as expected. I have created a forum of this subject and have a significant following of many individuals across the country experiencing the same issues and there have been no solutions offered by any of them either from fca or their respective dealerships. Unfortunately, it may only be a matter of time before this defect results in the severe injury or death of an individual or individuals and maybe then it will be worth fca's time to invest in a solution. This needs to be resolved and it needs to be done expeditiously.

While my 2019 Ram 1500 is in motion, it has a pull / drift to the right. The pull / drift to the right occurs when lightly holding the steering wheel or momentarily letting go of the steering wheel. The pull / drift to the right occurs on all types of road surfaces. The grade of the road does impact the pull / drift as it is exaggerated with a steeper rightward grade, however it will drive straight if the road has a slight leftward grade. With a mild rightward grade, I have to put a little leftward pressure on the steering wheel to keep it from veering right. This occurs at speeds of 10 to 80mph on city streets and highways. If the driver gets distracted for a moment, the vehicle will unintentionally change lanes or pull the vehicle off the road. I have had it serviced and the alignment checked 4 times at corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in fargo, nd and they tell me the alignment is within spec and there is nothing else they can do. Tire pressure is equal in all four tires. The service manager states a rightward pull is characteristic of new vehicles. I do not believe my vehicle, nor any anyone else's, should be pulling to the right and potentially causing a motor vehicle crash. The truck should drive straight with the exception of outside influences such as steep road grades, high cross winds, etc.

When backing out of the driveway without any obstructions the brake assistance will engage. This has caused injury with heads hitting the ceiling and whiplash. Fca/Ram says this is functioning as designed but as designed this should have prevented an accident but did not. This is a concern as it can cause injury to many by engaging when there is no obstruction or anything to cause it to engage. The dealership has informed me that fca is aware of the issue but no resolution for this. I am tired of not being able to use a safety feature due to it causing injury and not avoiding an accident. My vehicle has been at the dealer several times for this and one time they made it worse. The last time they sent me home with a similar truck and that one did not do it each time like mine. So there is a variance in the code from one truck to another that is not consistent and causes more harm than it would prevent. I look forward to a resolution by fca as there are many complaint videos online about how this engages for grass or other things that are not an immediate danger. It also has done this when it was raining on a flat surface. This feature needs more testing and an update soon to be called a safety feature of the 2019 Ram brand. A link to the videos can be shared and was emailed to the NHTSA.webmaster@dot.gov address. They are to large to load on this site due to the time length to capture all details of the incidents. The videos are both of the newer Ram and mine. The difference is mine has the smaller screen in the video. It is an ongoing issue with a start date about 2 months after I purchased the vehicle and after the dealer "flashed" the programming due to a recall.
