It took several phone calls and a couple of months, but I finally got the radio replaced. The tech stated the problem incorrectly on the invoice despite my pictures and a typed explanation of the problem I was having. Problem is not resolved even with new radio. Still getting display on dash & media monitor that my phone is dialing even though I haven't initiated a call.
