SOA Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) covering this issue: TSB 06-92-24 (paired with Warranty Enhancement Bulletin WB.09.24R)

I'm referring to the brand-new structural components Subaru added to correct this problem: a caliper-support bracket and a tie-bar stiffening bracket.

For a new car to need all 4 rotors turned at 17K is crazy!

Update from Nov 4, 2020: April 24/20 at 33,757 miles brakes pulsated, the front rotors had to be replaced due to "excessive run out". And now brakes are pulsating again at 44,000 miles.
