Takata recall we receive a recall notice for the takata passenger airbag in June 2016. We have followed the recall notice and have not had a passenger in the front seat. It has been over 6 months and there has been no repair for this recall. Just yesterday January 23, 2017 we received another recall notice for the electrical issue for the power doors and it instructed to shut the power off the power doors. After receiving this notice the van itself is almost rendered useless with the exception of transporting driver. This is very unprofessional for Toyota to not quickly resolve these matters and provide customer service to their customers regarding their mistakes. There should be greater pressure on Toyota to quickly remedy these recalls.

Takata recall I received the recall notice from Toyota early June of 2016 to state that the passenger side airbag has been recalled and the remedy was not ready. It has been more than half year since then, and the remedy is still not ready. None of the dealers has it. Toyota hasn't sent any follow up notice since then. I just received another recall notice from Toyota last week to state that the slide doors on the Sienna could open during the driving. My kids sit on it everyday, and it is really scary even though I already turned off the power door function. Even more scary, based on the experience of the airbag, hard to know how long Toyota will take care of this recall. Can someone look into the problem with Toyota and urge them to take the action and start repairing all the critical recalls?

Was asked to stop using my passenger front seat many months ago and still there is no repair for this problem. Now I have received a notice that the power sliding doors should not be used with the power assist, they are very difficult to open and close manually. This vehicle is now virtually useless. My wife will not be able to use this vehicle because the power doors have to be operated manually and no one can sit in the front passenger seat. This is ridiculous. Toyota should supply us with a vehicle that actually functions until this repair is done.

Takata recall I urge the NHTSA to force Toyota to accelerate the remedy process with respect to the takata recall. I was first notified of the issue in may of 2016 and am still waiting for a remedy several months later. Every day Toyota delays fixing this issue puts my family at risk of a serious injury or death. Perhaps forcing Toyota to provide rental cars to those affected would help to expedite their role in this recall. Potentially having to wait till 2019 for a fix is entirely unacceptable.
