The part has not been inspected or replaced by anyone, and I am being forced to drive a vehicle I know could cause serious harm. There are no warning lamps or error messages in the vehicle, but the danger is explicitly outlined in the recall itself. Volkswagen-??s delay, lack of communication, and refusal to assist puts my safety, and the safety of others, at serious risk.

I called again today, 4/22/25, and was told parts are still on backorder and I cannot schedule a time to get the issue fixed. I was told maybe in 2 more months I could get it fixed.
