- 2025 Lincoln Aviator: car has blue cruise (hands free driving) works sometimes (1 complaints) This car was a special order and I waited 5 months to get it. The problems are on going. The blue cruise works once in a while, the Lincoln Embrace ( car is suppose to light up when you approach) never works, the small lock icon on the outside door pillar is suppose to make the doors lock but it also does not work, most of the time you have to press the drivers interior door button 2 times to open the door, and The apple car play will not connect. - 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan: coolent leaking from transmission line (1 complaints) My 2008 Grand Caravan Has Leaked Coolant about every 6 Months from the Rubber Hose that Connects the Transmission Line. Cost to Repair $300- $500 every 6 Months or Less. also replaced both Radiator's and Thermostat Sticks and Will Not Open. also had to replace Thermostat every 6 Months $300 with the other repair. Coolant System seems to Fail every 6 Months or Less. Engine Gets Too Hot to Cool it's Self. All GRAND CARAVANS ARE LEMONS from 2008 to 2018. I put 7,500 in mine in 12 years. - 2020 Volkswagen Atlas: heated steering wheel doesn’t work (1 complaints) I bought this car used from a VW dealer a week ago, and it was pretty cold that day. When we test drove the car I was impressed with all the features so I didn’t notice them all. When we got the car home from the dealership, I discovered in the infotainment screen that there was a touchscreen button for a heated steering wheel. - 2014 Kia Sorento: engine blown (22 complaints) Engine just died. According to KIA mechanic they have bad connector rod bearings and this is what went bad. KIA had a recall on these or something so to their credit KIA covered a re-manufactured engine. read more »
- 2022 Ram 2500: lifter, cam, block on going issues (1 complaints) I’ve owned Ram trucks for a while and it seems that the quality and control have taken a dump. My Ram 2500 decides to take a dump at 63,000 miles, ticking, knocking noise. I got it to dealership and they started digging in and eventually took the whole cab off and found major issues from cam to lifters to needing a new engine. - 2016 Kia Sorento: engine failure (51 complaints) KIA issued a 15 year 180000 mile extended warranty for the exact issue this car had happen, but refused to cover it because I did oil changes myself and did not save receipts. A way for them to weasel out of coverage. I have seen that KIA does this frequently, very unethical company. - 2020 Toyota Highlander: whining noise startled around 106,000 (1 complaints) Our ‘20 highlander started making the know whine while driving. There is a TSB one some of the trans model numbers but this issues is effecting 20-21 trans it is a different issues than the 17-19 issue of a bolt or washer backing out. This an issues with the front carrier assembly pinion shafts. TSB number T-SB-0008-21. This is a know issue with the UA80 model transmissions. - 2024 Volkswagen Golf GTI: carplay disconnection (1 complaints) I bought the 2024 GTI Brand New, and before I had done research and bought the car, I heard of the CarPlay feature disconnecting at random moments when the car is on. This has happened to me sporadically since I bought the car back on 9/11. It does not make the car undrivable, but there are moments when I am enjoying the music on my drive, and then the music cuts off because the carplay disconnected. - 2014 Dodge Durango: water in tail light (24 complaints) Seen many , many race track rear lights on durangos, chargers, even the darts with burned out water logged lights. Dodge knew they had an issue and did nothing about it. I like my Durango but the taillight thing should never happen. I also change my own oil and never seen oil pans rust out like on dodges. - 2016 Chevrolet Camaro: transmissin failed (1 complaints) I was on the Edens Expressway in Cook County, Northfield Illinois when the transmission failed. It was a 55 MPH zone. I exited at Old Orchard Rd. by stepping on the gas really hard. I went down a hill to get to my parking lot all the time stepping on the gas pedal really hard just to go a few miles an hour and got into the parking lot where the car died.
