Front windshield cracked the whole way across after using defroster. The vehicle was turned on and the defroster was turned on as I waited for vehicle to warm up I went back inside the house. When I went back out and got in the vehicle the window was cracked almost the whole way across in a perfect line with 2 peaks that came up about a foot in on each side. The crack that went the whole way across was about 8 inches above dashboard. I have only $13000 miles on the vehicle and bought it new around 11 months ago. I don't know if they will cover this as they said the coverage on the window had to be under $12000 miles or 12 months whatever came first. It's really upsetting to think the window would crack from defroster and that they may not cover it.

On two different occasions, the tailgate came down unexpected while driving. On the first occasion, we occurred damage to the tailgate and the 5th wheel. Pictures are attached. We were towing our fifth wheel trailer in motion, turning and driving. Two other people in vehicles told us our tailgate was down and had damage to our fifth wheel. One happened in September and the other in November again for the second time.
