The ac clutch fell out of my car while driving down the road causing the ac to go out. Mechanic advised that the bolt that was 'holding' this part in was still there but clutch was missing and tore the belt. Sounds like a defect.

My 2014 Ford Fusion SE has a recall on it for the brushing transmission cable. This has not been fixed and while I am driving my car throws itself into neutral and stops in the middle of the road. So far it has only happened while turning a corner. I am worried about wrecking my car. This recall came out on July 17th, 2018 and I bought my car September 21, 2018. So I never received the recall in the mail. I looked up recalls on my vehicle and found this. Even though it's been a while since I bought my car, am I still qualified for my car to get fixed with no charge to me?.

The 2014 Ford Fusion that I have has been cutting completely off without warning in the middle of busy intersection, leaving myself, children and others in a high position to be severly injured even killed. This is very dangerous and very concerning and these vehicles need to be recalled. I took the car back to the local dealership and they have stated that they can not find an issue because once again there are no alerts or warning signs coming on. The vehicle is in motion at all times when it cuts off there is no warning no alerts nothing it just cuts off on highway on busy intersections its very alarming and dangerous. There have been many people on a google search that have complained about the same issue I am having and nothing has been done. I am prepared to seek an attorney for this issue if needed but this has to be taken care of immedieately before someone is severly injured or dies. While driving on a California freeway, a foul sulfur smell filled up the cabin with my family inside. Less than 12 hours later, the car battery was dead and there was leaked fluid all over the battery. The Ford motorcraft battery has a 7/16 sticker, and we are in 9/18. There was no corrosion to the terminals. The smell that was released was hydrogen sulfide, very toxic and deadly. It is also flammable. Because of the failed battery, we could not open the doors except for the driver side, which we opened from the outside using the hidden key inside the fob. The other doors and windows are still non-operational due to a dead battery. This leads me to my main concern. If the battery had caught on fire due to the leaking acid, my family would have been trapped inside the car because the power doors and windows would be non-operational. The only possible escape would be through the emergency trunk release however I am not sure of it's functionality without power.

The vehicle was sitting about 24 hours and I go to get in it to go to work and it doesn't immediately start like it normally does, once it started the service brake light was now on along with the maintenance wrench and my brakes were practically non existent since I don't live far I drove it to the dealer with a escort vehicle just in case and the dealer replaced the battery retested and is now being sent to the manufacturer dealer to have something with the hybrid system serviced will update with more detail when received.

Within 3 weeks exact same issue again on interstate. Brakes nearly useless to bring car to a stop, loss of power. Had to have vehicle towed to get it home. Called to question warranty on Ford vacuum pump - informed vacuum pump is on "national backorder" and can't even be given an approximate date as to when a new part will be available. Maybe it's time for a recall"?"

Car will hesitate when going down a hill and then accelerate, when try to accelerate the car will jerk and hesitate(2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017)..the RPM drops during these incidents and has reported to the service dept at capital Ford a few times since purchased the vehicle brand new in 2014(2014,2015,2016,2017,2018). Have replace lug nuts a few times (factory issued) they keep swelling and cracking(2016,2017& 2019). Oil leak between the engine and transmission(6/1/19). Dates varies. Problems still exist and on going.

I've had my vehicle since October 2015, my vehicle takes to long to stop while driving. The distance between car can be far but car still won't stop. I have had 2 accidents in this vehicle because of this. It's like the car is glides and you have to put excessive force on brake to get vehicle to stop. You can also be completely stopped at a light and the car will lightly glide but to the point U don't notice the car is moving. The 1st accident the airbag deployed I wasn't even doing 2 mph. I was sitting in traffic with foot on brake and car glided. Miles at time was less than 50,000.

In the summer of last year 2018 I was in a store shopping came out cranked my car, the air would not come on and the windows would not roll down. It was in the 90's that day and even hotter inside my car! the vehicle was stationary at the time in the parking lot. It had this problem the rest of the summer while the temperatures outside was hot. It is April 2019 and just a few days ago we had a warm day around 75 degrees. I left for work stopped at the end of my driveway had the car in park and left my door open while I got the mail. Got back in and again did not have air and could not roll the windows down. Every time this happens the radio will not work either. Last year during the time the air and windows were not working my battery was dead when I was going to go to work one morning. Took it out and went and had it tested at local auto parts store. They said they had never seen a battery that they couldn't read like that before. It's like the battery was fried. Along with those problems last year my car was stationary at home in my driveway and I went to get in my car and my doors were locked I tried the remote and the keyless entry and nothing would unlock my doors. So I had no access to get into my car. A few days later I tried again and it unlocked. I've also came home a couple times at night in the past week and noticed the inside lights where the air/heat & radio controls are is flashing on and off and the outside ground lights under the mirrors on the driver and passenger door are on. I had to unhook battery. No keys in ignition and car is stationary in my driveway. I think this is a major safety issue when you have no air and you can't roll down your windows in hot weather and also when you get locked out of your car. The car is definitely not drivable in hot weather! unknown cause, may possibly be something in the computer or wiring of the car.

Ford as well as pat milliken Ford in redford Michigan allowed me to unsafely drive a vehicle that had an open recall for a shift cable bushing due to the fact soemone in there department 'mistakenly' marked my vehicle recall as repaired on February 13th, 2019 total safety issue that needs to be addressed!

Used E-brake avoid rolling into vehicle ahead of me. Bob allen Ford in overland park, ks completed the repairs and noted "C/S the car will not start it thinks it is in drive found shift cable off transmission replaced cable bushing and adjusted cable, verified operation. This is known recall on 2013 and 2014 Ford Fusion manufactured at the hermosillo Mexico plant, but my car manufactured in December of 2013, does not fall within the dates on the recall so I was required to pay for repairs, parts, labor, and a tow to the service center totaling $447.12. Advised by bob allen Ford to file a complaint and/or contact Ford about the issue and request a refund.
