While driving the whole dash board lights up staring break issues, lane departure issues. The car starts julring on ewsy. I was terrified. Then I moved off eway because the car breaks automatically on its own and slows down. The cars are flying around me. It turns out it's the fuel pump. I assume all accords are having fuel pump issues because I was told it would be October before I would receive a fuel pump on a 3yr old Honda sport. Please investigate and recall. This vehicle is having fuel pump issues and could kill someone when it breaks on the eway out of nowhere, slows down and dash board lights up. I was very lucky. It could've easily cased a major accident.

My Honda Accord Sport has only 47,500 miles and it needs a new Fuel Rail. Code P2187. I have had Hondas for over 20 years and this has never happened before. I read that some 2018 honda model had extended warranty for Fuel Injectors. The Honda Accord should fall under that extended warranty.

My fuel or engine is having issues. I took it in and they told me my fuel pump needed to be replaced and my injectors were bad. This is an active recall on some this car but not my VIN number... My car has stalled out many times while driving forcing me to pull over and restart my car. I think my VIN needs to be recalled also since this is clearly the same issue.

Engine suddenly started to have a rough idle. All warning lights turned on. Took car to dealer, left it for 2 days. They said that there was a misfire present on cylinder #3 & that after driving the car, the lights then did not appear. They could not reproduce the error. They recommended that I replace the spark plugs, ignition coils, & have a fuel injection clean done. A few days later, all warnings lights turn on after a rough idle and misfire occurred frequently. Took vehicle to a local shop, they also said there was a misfire present. Local shop also recommended that I replace the spark plugs, ignition coils, and have a fuel injection clean done. I replaced all items and conducted the fuel injection clean as suggested. Problem still exists and is not resolved. Dealer and local shop say that the injectors may need to be replaced as this is a constant issue with this engine. Vehicle has 95,000 miles. Fuel injectors seem to be the culprit. My vehicle is available for inspection. During the misfires, the car suddenly lost engine power and momentum. This was dangerous as this occurred several times on highway driving. The problem has caused a failed vehicle inspection report at a local shop even when warning lights disappeared. Vehicle has not been inspected by manufacture, insurance, police, or others. Warning lights and symptoms first appeared on March 31st.

Started car up on morning all lights on dash board came on, took it had it checked by three different car shops, they said the car was showing three misfire codes, had spark plugs put in the car, two weeks later started car let warm left home to go to drop kids off to school and go to work, car started stalling in the middle of traffic I made it to the side of the road my husband who is also a mechanic told me to cut it of for 5 mins, I did so and the car ran find for the rest of the day, next morning same thing happen again me and my husband took it to the Honda dealership, we were told that a recall was in affect for the car by one lady, then another lady said it wasn't on my car it was Accords with 2.0 engine, my husband then started calling around pricing fuel pumps $1300 for a new pump and then come to find out that the 1.5 and the 2.0 engine use the exact same pump, if the pump was recalled for the 2.0 why not the 1.5 that has the same exact pump, the dealership did the recall service that was on my car some kind of software update, next day tried to start my car it did nothing but turn over and would not start after second try it started and all the lights were on in my dash board again, my husband started a google search on my car and found that their are a lot of complaints on this mode all on the same problems I'm having with mind, and a lot of complaints about the transmission in these cars as well, me and my kids could have been hit from the back by another car when the car stalled out, and when all my lights come on in the dash the cars anti crash system along with a lot of other things do work as they should.

All warning indicator lights came on and I took car to a Certified Auto Mechanic who said it was caused by the fuel pump problems surrounding Honda cars. Said it affected the fuel injectors (mis-fire) and I should take it to Honda dealer for fix. Honda dealer said this VIN of my 2018 Honda is not on the recall. I asked about being covered by the 5 year power train warranty and was told that this did not fall under that warranty. The auto mechanic said he would have to charge around $2000 to replace the fuel injector (1), but the others would probably go bad unless everything (Pump and injectors) were replaced. There over 500 complaints with NHTSA on this year model and over 200 of those are similar problems that match prior recalls for same model and year but different vin numbers. The reports from Honda to NHTSA regarding selected "recall" units does not prevent other problems identified due to Indian defective parts surrounding the fuel pump problems. If I read all the details correctly only hundreds of just 10,000 recalls have been completed. Why would Honda/NHTSA not want to include the few other hundred that may be present to prevent accidents and uphold the Honda reputation of quality?

Fuel pump failed in vehicle 3 seperate times. All three times the vehicle had every warning light on including emissions system, cruise control disabled, lane keeper assistance disabled, power steering disabled and 7 other warning lights. Vehicle was brought into a honda dealership 3 times and issue was diagnosed 3 different ways. Issue #1 was rodents chewed wires, Issue #2 was cmp sensor error, Issue #3 was the fuel pump needed to be replaced. Because of the fuel pump the engine would stall/not be able to accelerate almost causing an accident because car would stall if gas pedal was pressed down as normal to reach normal speeds. Dealership confirmed the warning lights and sluggish acceleration and stalling of the engine. Recalls are available for some 2018-2019 and 2020 accords but according to my VIN my car was supposedly not included. Issues first appeared around almost at the 3 year mark and vehicle was just over 15.5k miles.

2018 Honda Accord was purchased in February 2021 used from a Honda dealership which came with 1 year bumper to bumper warranty. I noticed my engine light as well as all of the Honda sensing lights on in my dashboard. Honda told me my fuel injectors need to be replaced and is charging me $1600 even though my 1 year warranty is still active.

The fuel pumps, made by supplier denso, were "exposed to production solvent drying for longer periods of time" during manufacturing, according to the NHTSA recall report, which could cause surface cracking and excessive fuel absorption and eventually cause the impeller to become deformed and fail. The fuel pumps on vehicles produced outside limited dates given on the report do not have the problem. This recall did not include the 2018 Honda Accord models even though they are having the exact same issues. My car is stalling the emissions warning light is on along with the adaptive cruise control, lane departure, and the collision mitigation. I feel this should be included in the recall the put in place last year being that is is the same issues. My vehicle would stall in a parking spot at my home when I'm first starting it. It would flash a warning like a car is in front of me randomly when nothing is there. I haven't got into a wreak but I free that I may be in one if this issue isn't fixed and being that this was an issue with previous models I shouldn't have to come out of pocket. I brought this car brand new off the lot. There is no reason why I should be changing the fuel injector 3 years later.

The car had a strong smell of fuel in cabin when starting on various occassions. The car also temporarily stalled and lost power when coming to a corner turning and also three times when coming off the freeway. The car was always warmed up and in California during the warm weather. Dealer noted fuel smell in oil and increased oil level. Had oil changed and was told a fix was coming soon. Took car in to dealer months later for a recall, a BCM recall and again I told them that the oil smelled of fuel after 500 miles since oil change. Waiting for manager to call me back with update on fix. It is a 2018 Honda Accord 1.5 litr turbo. 26,000 miles on motor. I bought the car from the dealer in January 2020.

All lights in my dash came on, brake, engine, steering, collision, acceleration. I took it in to priority Honda and was told it was cracked spark plugs and it was fixed. I paid $260. Six days later same thing. Same dealership looked at it. Said it was fix, sent me on my way, but told me they would replace spark plug cover. Same issue happened again. Now back in the shop for a 4th time. Was told I had bad fuel injectors. Cost $1700, but I would have to pay $200 deductible. Probably is my car was brand new when purchased and I'm under 5yr, 60,000 mile warranty. So why am I paying anything if it is a powertrain failure and I'm under warranty. Please help. These incidents happen as soon as I started my car, and I took it straight to the dealership when it did. The last incident was December 5, 2020. Before that was twice in November but I would have to verify exact date based on when I took it to the dealership. This is the only place I service my car, and the customer service has been subpar. I couldn't even get a complimentary rental unless I paid out of pocket.

Driving down the highway going 70mph and check engine light starts flashing. Car stops accelerating I limp over to the median. I turn the vehicle off and turn it back on. The car has a solid check engine on along with all the assisting lights on. The car accelerates like normal and when I get home I disconnect the battery and everything clears once I reconnect. In another instance I go to turn my car on the check engine light stays on but the vehicle won't go past 1500 rpms and it's basically in limp mode with the check engine light on again to go along with road departure system, vehicle stability system, tire pressure monitoring, brake system, electric power steering, hill start assist, adaptive cruise control, collision mitigation and emission system warnings all light up. I did the same thing disconnect the battery and again they all go away. This has been going on for a month. At least 9 times where all the warning lights come on along with the check engine light. Once when I'm traveling as explained and 2 times where it goes into limp mode from the start. Took vehicle to a friend and got a P0303 cylinder 3 misfire. Having done research of the code noticed that 2012-2018 Honda's have had similar issues addressed by a bulletin and extended the warranty for those vehicles. My car has 70K and it's currently out of the warranty period. Thank you.

Purchased in May 2019. Currently < 50,000 miles. All service performed at Honda dealership. Several weeks ago began to notice gasoline smell in the cabin while driving. Didn't think much of it, though it was coming from the outside/other vehicles. Check engine light came on last week. Took the vehicle to the dealership for service, was told the fuel injector needs to be replaced, cylinder 3 issue. Last resort was to do a fuel injector cleaning service, had that done. Two days later, while driving 70 mph on the highway, the vehicle would no longer accelerate. Immediately pulled over without incident but could have been very bad. I am not convinced the fuel pump problems that required a recall for many 2018 Accord with 2.0T engines are not also impacting 1.5T engines.
