Recall notice: N46/NHTSA 13V-252. I received my first recall notice close to a year ago. I've called the dealer numerous times to schedule my Jeep for repair and have been told each time that Chrysler Corp has not released the work notes or the parts to them and are unable to make the repair. I have been told this story four times in the past year and I find it hard to believe that Chrysler Corp would send recall notices to me, and periodic letters telling me the importance of this recall repair to then not have the parts available. I believe that my dealer is not scheduling these repairs. The dealer is: Burdick Dodge Chrysler Jeep located at 5885 E. circle drive, cicero, NY 13039, (315) 699-3846. I really want my repair to be made but there isn't another local Jeep repair shop to go to.
