I received my recall notice in February 2018, it is now October 2018. Is this a joke? the notice states that this problem can cause "death". theses replacement parts need to be installed in the recall vehicles before Ford installs them in new vehicles.

Heading to work. Advance track May. Pops on. Then service power stearing. Steering wheel felt a little tight. But it was still drivable. Made it to work, once shift was over. I went to back out and the wheel wouldn't turn at all. Come to.find out this has been a big problem. On the 2010's. all.seem.to.be happong with an the last 12-18 months. Along with the previous (furl rank recall, and the current air bag recall.) this things should be taken off the road! that's too many major issues. Come on Ford! I guess it will take a big accident for anything to really happen.....

When I was driving the car started to sputter and would not pick up speed. I took the car to a mechanic who ran a diagnostic test and gave me the codes to take to a Ford dealership. The sensor switch for both rear breaks where replaced. A week later same thing happened. It is currently doing the same thing. The break system light is coming on and the control system light. Nobody seems to be able to fix it. I have been driving down the highway, on private streets when the car starts to sputter and I have to turn it off and on at least 3 times before it will pick up speed and go.

Takara recall - I am told that the parts to repair my vehicle have not yet been produced and won't be available for some time yet. I am concerned for my safety because of this issue! why can't pressure be applied to the manufacturer to make this a priority? this dangerous situation is not acceptable and reasonable actions should be taken to immediately bring this situation to an acceptable conclusion. Thank you.

Takata plus numerous other recalls: Powertrain control module, "contamination on internal motor contacts of the throttle body" rear tail lights replaced, arm rest replaced as it became detached, battery replaced at 23K miles and does not hold a charge and consistently needs to be recharged. This happened at a light in a major and very busy intersection. I went and the car did not move and almost got rear-ended. It additionally over excelerated on its own. I had to get my car towed to dealer as the car died due to failed throttle.

I have been complaining about this several times to Ford Motor Co and my Ford dealership, gorsh in hemet ca who say "they don't have any" and NHTSA for many years and have letters to prove it. As of 6/15/18 NHTSA states on their website "...remedy not yet available." What" when will I get my airbag? my friends, grandchildren and father need an airbag" my 8+ years is long enough to wait. So here's another complaint. It's time for you - NHTSA recall #16V384 and mfg. Recall # 16S26 of 06-01-16 to be heard in court and get my airbag along with all others who have been waiting on takata. (I called your 888 number and was sent again to back to your internet site!) every time I see this subject on tv and just recently heard another campaign call "operation find & fix" is all well and good and they always seem to be on the manufacturers side... and, say "get your car/S in people and replace those airbags they cause harm and death!" dah!!! it's not usually 'us'. we can't get the darn airbags! there not available! get us the 'darn airbags' and we will put them in. And let us put the 'airbag' in before we have to describe the "note" describing our experience below before we have a "bad" one !!!

My steering wheel completely went off in the freeway I got a sign on the dashboard to service steering wheel now and then my steering wheel stopped working as I was driving in the freeway. After getting this fixed less then a year later the same issue happened as I was driving my steering wheel just locked and it was very difficult for me to steer my car to a safe place. This is the second time this happened the first time being on the freeway and this second time driving in the streets both times it happened while I was driving from one second to the next I got a message to service steering wheel now and then my steering wheel automaticly locked and it made it extremely difficult to manuever the car to a safe place. Both times my children were in the car and it was a very scary thing to go through.
