I was driving 75 mph on I-10 East going into Houston when I received a low braking power warning. My brakes were useless and I had to use the slow down gradually and slowly used the emergency brake. There is a safety recall on the vaccum pump for this year and model but my car did not qualify for this.

An emergency message came on telling me my brakes were losing power band I needed to pull over to a safe area. I was on the freeway! I could not push down. Needs camshaft assembly/exhaust replaced, investigate the motor to look for pieces so they don't damage the motor, no gear at the end of the vacuum pump, it has gone down not the motor
